This page is a technical companion to our Privacy Policy — it lists exactly what data HailPDF stores, where, for how long, and how to get it deleted. If anything here conflicts with the Privacy Policy, this page is the more precise, up-to-date technical description.

Every tool listed on the Data & Dev Tools page (JSON Formatter, JSON↔CSV, Base64, URL/HTML entity encoding, Hash Generator, UUID Generator, Regex Tester, Text Diff Checker, JWT Decoder, Color Converter, Case Converter, Word Counter, Lorem Ipsum Generator, Markdown Previewer) plus the ZIP Extractor run entirely as JavaScript in your browser. We have no server endpoint that receives the text or file content you use with these specific tools — there is nothing for us to log, store, or lose, because it never arrives.
Every other tool (all PDF tools, image tools other than none, office document conversions, and the ZIP Creator) uploads your file over HTTPS so our server can process it, per the retention terms in Section 1.

None of these services receive the content of files or text you process through HailPDF's tools.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@hailpdf.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
